Prior to joining EEPC as president, Mr. Glenn Lehle served as Senior VP of Production Engineering for ERT from 1998 through 2006. While working for ERT, he was one of four senior managers that directed the growth of the company to levels in excess of $1B reserve value. Glenn was responsible for all well operations in the GOM including drilling, workover, troubleshooting, and surveillance. Prior to ERT, he worked for several major US and international oil and gas companies performing similar duties with significant onshore and offshore operations. He received his B.S. degree in Petroleum Engineering from New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology and has completed much advanced professional training since then.
Ms. Abels has over 30 years of combined management and accounting experience in the oil and gas industry. She is responsible for all aspects of oil and gas accounting, human relations, payroll, financial reporting, and cash flow management. In addition her experience also includes working with outside auditors, due diligence , closing of acquisitions, and bank covenant compliance. She joined EEPC in 2007, prior to which she spent several years with ERT. Before that she worked for The Superior Oil Company, Mobil Oil, Arco Oil and Gas/VASTAR and subsidiaries of Arco. She received her B.S. degree in Accounting from Louisiana State University. She is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Mr. Pete Lehle has assisted EEPC in the ongoing exploitation and development of Raccoon Bend Field since 2007. He has also performed numerous evaluations of drilling and acquisition opportunities on EEPC’s behalf during this time. Pete has over 30 years of experience as an exploration and development geologist, working both internationally, and domestically. He has also served as a director and consultant to several public companies. He received his B.S. in Geology from Wittenberg University, Ohio in 1978, and a M.S. in Geology from Bowling Green State University in 1980. Pete is an AAPG Certified Petroleum Geologist ( No. 4432 ), who resides in Cypress, Texas.
Ms Reeves has over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry specializing in production, marketing and regulatory accounting. She has been with EEPC since 2007, prior to which she spent 13 years with ERT with the last 6 years as the Production/Marketing Manager. Before her tenure with ERT she worked for Arco Oil and Gas and the subsidiaries of Arco in all phases of production and marketing accounting and system development. Her experience also includes development of production and marketing accounting systems, coordinating and performing JIB audits and production audits. She received her B.S. degree from McNeese State.
